Early Childhood Educator/ Pädagogische fachkraft

Who We Are:

The International DAI Kindergartens in Heidelberg operating three locations, caring for over 150 children aged 1-6. Our educational approach immerses children in the English language. Each of our small groups (10-12 children) is led by two teachers who implement a structured daily routine. We incorporate programs like EYFS, Jolly Phonics, and Music Appreciation.

Position: Full-time Early Childhood Educator

DO NOT APPLY_ to this job if you do not have experience in a Kindergarten (working with children ages 1-4)_.

An english level of B2-C2 is required for this position, as we are an English ImmersionKindergarten.

What We Are Looking For:

• Preferred Qualifications: State-recognized Early Childhood Education degree or equivalent.
• Language Skills: Native English speakers, high-level English speakers
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in early childhood education required. If you do not have experience in a kindergarten, nursery or other caregiving workplaces for children 1-6, please do not apply.
• Skills: Ability to create and implement a structured daily plan, write newsletter, work in a team setting, follow a daily routine, bring a positive attitude to the working environment.
• Attributes: Passion for working with children in an international setting and enjoying teamwork. Must be prepared to work with children aged 1-2 years old.
